Food Saver

This is my second time using my Christmas present (the Food Saver). I have come to the conclusion that I really like it. After a whole deer was sealed by a bunch of us at the Head house I was thinking "thats a pretty good machine to do all of that meat like that". I am still thinking that thing really does a good job after using it again today. As you can see I have about 5 bags with some meat in them (pork chops). They are all nice and air tight! I have them in the freezer right now. It was more fun this time because I got to work the machine by myself. Last time I was just a meat stuffer. Amanda was doing most of the machine "button pushing". It is definately more fun to work the sealer.

I might have to make a trip to good ole Adrien's in Lafayette for some of their specialty meats!
